Pound cake, and "Calbee shop".

   

    Pound cake. Cake type is plain and fruit. I baked a cake. She told me about that

    recipe. This cake isn’t using liquor. So this cake is like the egg cake. This food makes

    me feel yearning for my old days. Ingredients are almond, fig, raisin and drained

    maraschino cherry. It tastes good!　

  パウンドケーキ。知人に教えてもらったレシピで焼いたものです。卵ケーキのようで

  昔懐かしい味です。スライスアーモンドがのっているのがプレイン。少し大きい型で

  焼いた方は、イチジクとレーズン、ドレンチェリー入りです。

 

  "Calbee Co., Ltd" has opened a shop in Kobe, which introduces new products to test

    the market. "Oliver sauce Co., Ltd" provide sauce for Calbee. Kobe Limited menu is

    "Shosu taste".(soy-sauce and Japanese-style worcestershire sauce taste). I'm curious

    about cheese cake taste. The cheese cake taste is scheduled to be sold towards the

    middle of February.　

  投稿し忘れていましたが、関西初のカルビーアンテナショップ「カルビープラス」が

  昨年末オープン。数年前、東京で揚げたてを食べて美味しかったのを思い出しました。

  神戸店の限定メニューは、オリバーソースが販売する醤油風味のソース「しょース」味

  です。個人的には、2月中旬から発売予定の「チーズケーキ」味が気になります。
