Japanese apricot.


     
    "Umeshu" is liqueur which is popular in Japan and made by steeping green ume,
    which are generally picked around June, in alcohol.  As for alcohol, it is common to
    use white liqueur. This is Japanese apricot of brandy pickled. This Japanese apricot
    brandy is 2 years old. I ate the fruit of Japanese apricot.
